Teal Ingalsbe, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Teal is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who earned her advanced degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. Teal specialities include Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Substance-Abuse, and General Psychiatry across the lifespan.

Her journey into healthcare is rooted in a deep passion for human connection and well-being, beginning with her first bachelor’s degree at Prescott College in psychology and education. Teal worked as an Equine and Art Program Director at a residential treatment facility for adjudicated youth in New Mexico, where she developed a unique approach to therapy through creative and experiential programs. She attained her nursing degree at Russell Sage College in upstate New York. With over twelve years of experience as a nurse, Teal brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in providing quality, patient-centered care.

Teal's professional aspirations include serving her Tahoe and Tahoe Basin communities. She is especially passionate about helping patients achieve their mental wellness goals through personalized medication management, Spravato treatments, and therapeutic support. Her approach is grounded in compassion, clinical expertise, and a deep belief in the potential for every individual to achieve mental and emotional well-being.
